Shaina Kelley came to Great North Property Management with over 5 years experience in national property management. She has a background in vendor management, client implementation, project management, trend and industry analysis and residential lending.
Shaina manages a portfolio in the seacoast area and her responsibilities include working directly with the Board of Directors on behalf of the association as it relates to everything from budget development and adherence to capital project oversight, landscape and snow removal management, handling unit owner requests and any other request that comes up on a daily basis. Shaina meets and communicates with all of her portfolio’s boards and acts as a liaison between the Board of Directors, vendors or contractors, municipalities, owners and tenants.
In addition to working with homeowner associations, Shaina manages investment properties throughout the seacoast area. Her responsibilities include the marketing and rental of available units, tenant screening and lease document execution, tenant requests and correspondence with the unit owners, as well as oversight on repairs and the reconditioning of units as needed.
