Samantha Bouley joined Great North management in 2017. New to property management she enjoys every second of it. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth and management. Samantha is more than capable to meet them head-on. She is the on-site property manager at Louisquisset Country Club Condominium Association, in the city of North Providence Rhode Island. Her property is a community of 409 units along with a 9 hole golf course and seasonal restaurant. She works at the discretion of the of the condominium association Board of Director and Great North senior management.
Samantha meets with her Board of Trustees on a regular monthly basis, keeping them informed of on-going construction projects, accounting, contracts and budgets within the association. She is not limited to monthly meetings with her Board as she communicates daily with them.
Samantha’s responsibilities also include daily interactions with homeowners, her maintenance team and on-site contractors along with multiple vendors. Her home owners have taken quite a liking to her after great North assumed responsibility of the Louisquisset in January 2017. They often refer to her as the “Go-To Gal” said one home owner. Another had said, “If you need something done, you go see Sam.” Not only does she address and oversee her homeowners’ concerns with the property, she is also responsible for all of Louisquisset Golf Club’s billings and invoices which includes members’ fees, greens fees, supplies etc. You get the idea. “If it has a charge, it has to get by Sam’s desk.” If that wasn’t enough, she also over sees the seasonal restaurants equipment and building maintenance.
