Justin Gargiulo, CPM is the Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Operations. Justin oversees all corporate operations including Finance, Field Operations, Human Resources, Maintenance and Special Projects. Justin attended the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. The Whittemore School offers a full complement of high-quality programs in Business, Economics, Accounting, and Hospitality Management. Justin also holds the prestigious IREM certification CPM (Certified Property Manager), the highest level of certification in the Real Estate management industry.
After becoming a CPM in 2007, Justin was promoted to Senior Property Manager and responsible for the operations of the Peabody, Massachusetts office. In 2009, Justin was promoted to Vice President of Field Operations and transferred to corporate headquarters. In 2011, Justin was promoted to his existing position; Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Operations . Justin supports the work of the company’s chief executive officer focusing on the business and the optimization of the operations within the company. His essential duties include day-to-day leadership and management of all employees, consultants and auditors supporting and safeguarding Great North’s clients. Justin is relied upon to participate in the development and execution of corporate business strategies as well as lead, supervise, and mentor the property management team in quality services to Great North’s clients to ensure client satisfaction. Justin makes himself available to assist you with your property management questions or concerns.
