Jack Donahue is under the supervision of the assistant Vise President of Great North Property Management. Jack is involved in overseeing and coordinating all property management, maintenance, and construction activities with the management of your Condominium Association. Jack has thirty-five years of customer service management along with eighteen years of being Vise President of his condominium Board of Trustees. Jack’s essential duty is to be the liaison to the Board of Trustees with vendors, contractors, municipalities, insurance agents, landscapers, snow removers, and the residents of the condominium complexes. He also monitors all maintenance preformed on property to ensure quality and financially sound work. Jack maintains all licensing, permits, and insurance, and inspections are up to date and accurate. Jack meets regularly with the Trustees at their Board Meetings. Jack also meets with all the condominium unit owners at the annual meeting.
