Connie Garland has recently joined Great North as the company’s Portfolio Rental Manager. Connie will be overseeing the preparation of the rentals along with marketing and tenant selection. Connie has been a real estate broker for over 30 years. She is under the supervision of the board of directors for the communities as well as the senior management at Great North.
Connie’s duties include customer service with all of the residents as well as managing the community at Cranmore Ridge Apartments in Concord, NH. Connie is a licensed real estate broker. Connie graduated from NHTI and Franklin Pierce College with a double major in business and accounting.
Connie is also responsible for making sure all maintenance issues within the units have been addressed. Connie also works with contractors and oversees all maintenance projects involving the apartment communities. This includes procuring contractors and the bidding process.
Fun facts –
- Connie and her husband Bob run at least 2 to 3 half marathons each year.
- There are also 6 very lively dachshunds that live in the Garland home!
- She is the grandmother of three beautiful boys.
