Lou Gargiulo, CMCA President & CEO
Lou was a member of the New Hampshire State Legislature. As a member, Mr. Gargiulo introduced several pieces of legislation that were designed to benefit condominium living and proved his advocacy of condominium associations. Mr. Gargiulo has been in the property management business since 1972. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire and is a member of the Portsmouth and Exeter Chambers of Commerce. He is also involved with the Condominium Association Institute at the National level and a member of the CEO Committee.
Justin Gargiulo, CPM Sr. Vice President and Director of Corporate Operations
Justin joined Great North in 1999 as a property manager. Justin’s focus is on streamlining Great North’s internal operations, with the goal of allowing the property management team the ability to provide the highest level of quality service in the industry. Mr. Gargiulo also monitors the establishment of all new programs and oversees the recruitment and training of all field management executives. Justin earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics (W.S.B.E) at the University of New Hampshire. He obtained the highly-coveted CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation in 2003, the highest level of recognition for managers awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Jaclyn Sirrine, Vice President and Director of Corporate Financial Services & Controller
Jaclyn started with Great North as a senior staff accountant in August 2005. She was promoted to the Assistant Controller position in April 2006 and then promoted to Controller in March 2009. Jaclyn was a manager for a restaurant for ten years and was promoted to general manager/controller her last few years with the company. Her previous work experience also includes being portfolio accountant for an investment firm and accounting assistant for a national wholesale natural food retailer. Jacki earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in only three years.
Ashley Trudeau, Vice President of Employee Relations and Customer Experience
Ashley joined Great North in 2013. She spent 10 years in the Human Resources department and began managing the Client Services team in 2019. Her current role is the Vice President of Employee Relations and Customer Experience. Ashley has an extensive customer service background with over 15 years of experience. She is an organized team player with an ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with others. Ashley is skilled at building relationships across all levels of the organization. Her approach to leadership emphasizes collaboration and relationship-building, which has been instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment. Her dedication to creating meaningful connections and her proficiency in managing complex interactions make her a valued leader at Great North.
Kara-Ann Kuffel, CMCA, AMS, Vice President, Property Management
Kara-Ann has over 15 years of experience in the condominium management industry. As Vice President, she oversees the seacoast of New Hampshire as well as the North Shore of Massachusetts portfolio of communities. In addition Kara assists with the company’s client growth and retention initiatives. She has received both her CMCA and AMS designations through Community Association Institute (CAI). These certifications give Kara-Ann the ability to work closely and effectively with Residents, Trustees, Staff and Vendors.
Tracey Madden, CMCA, AMS, Vice President, Property Management
Tracey has spent over 25 years in the property management industry. As Vice President, she oversees the operation of the majority of New Hampshire as well as the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts. Tracey has extensive experience in organizational procedures, customer service, budgeting, supervision of contractors and coordination of information for the Board of Directors and the membership. Tracey has a Bachelor of Arts from New England College. She majored in Public Relations and completed her minor studies in Business Administration. Tracey was the Director of Management Services at Harvard Management Solutions until it was sold in 2016 and joined Great North. Tracey has her CMCA and AMS from CAI.

2024 marks Great North’s 34th year in business. At Great North we are always working hard to assess what has served our clients well over the years and where we can improve.
Building on the success of the last quarter of a century, we are continuing to invest in providing our clients with superior service. This state-of-the-art website and our GNConnect portal are perfect examples of the value we are delivering to the Associations we serve. On this site, homeowners will have online access to account information and associations will have access to a convenient communication tool.
While some companies will point to the economic climate as an excuse, Great North is rising to the challenge and remains tirelessly committed to positioning the Company for decades to come.
