Kara-Ann Kuffel is under the supervision of the Condominium Association Board of Trustees and Great North Senior Management. Kara-Ann Kuffel is a MBA and Certified Manager of Condominium Associations (CMCA) & Association Management Specialist (AMS) committed to exceptional customer service delivered in a highly professional, friendly, and fast paced-environment. Kara-Ann kuffel is involved in overseeing and coordinating all property management, maintenance and construction activities associated with the management of the Condominium Associations. Kara-Ann’s essential duties are to oversee, with the members of the board, the management of the common facilities of the complex and the multiple custodial and maintenance services provided by a range of outside contractors and vendors. She will also monitor contractors and general expenditures of the association for compliance. She will also perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. She will also be soliciting bids and assure compliance to bid specifications for maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and construction projects as well as participate in the selection of contractors in concert with the associations’ Board of Trustees.
Kara-Ann will meet with the Board of Trustees as necessary and communicate with them regularly. She will interact with the homeowners and serve as a liaison between the Board of Trustees, owners, contractors, and municipalities. She will be performing field inspections to ensure adherence to the association’s documents. At the Board of Trustee’s request, she will procure services/coverage as necessary to run the Association. She will also be maintaining each Association’s records and provide administrative support to the Board and Association. She will also be setting up the Annual Meetings and provide owners with appropriate information. Will also serve as a point of contact for the community.
