Norman Desrochers is a Senior Property Manager with Great North and has 25 years of success in the property management business. Until recently, he was employed by Cityside Management for more than 18 years. Norman manages condominium associations in the Greater Nashua and Manchester areas.
Some of his responsibilities include routine inspections of the common areas, solicitation of bids, oversight of maintenance operations, budget preparation, monitoring of operating expenses, condo fee collections, communication with owners and residents, and participation in association meetings.
