Carrie is under the supervision of the Condominium Association Board of Directors and Great North senior management. Carrie’s duties are to oversee with members of the board, the management of the common facilities of the association, the multiple custodial and maintenance services provided by a range of outside contractors and vendors. Carrie also acts as a liaison between management, the Board of Directors, and Homeowners ensuring the line of communication and customer service goes smoothly as possible.
Carrie meets with the Condominium Association Board of Directors when necessary and communicates with them regularly. She also interacts with the homeowners and serves as a liaison between the Board of Directors, owners, and contractors.
Carrie was born and raised in Tyngsboro, MA and currently lives in Nashua, NH with her husband Jay, daughter, Payton and son, Jase. She graduated from Middlesex Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management and has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
