Shawn works in our Client Services Department, where he helps handle customer service calls and other administrative projects. He was born in Massachusetts and moved to New Hampshire in his teens when his father became a full time police officer. UNH is his alma mater where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Art History. Prior to working at Great North, Shawn has worked in customer service for almost twenty years.
