Sandy is under the supervision of the Condominium Association Board of Trustees and Great North Property Management. Sandy is involved in overseeing and coordinating all property management, maintenance and construction activities associated with the management of your Condominium Association.
Prior to her position as an Assistant Property Manager, Sandy worked for 14 years as the Project Manager for an Asset Management contract held with the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
As a Project Manager, Sandy helped develop and launch the HUD Asset Manager contract for all of New England, NY, NJ and Michigan.
In this role, Sandy’s primary task was to monitor daily HUD acquisition reports for all 9 states, overseeing that each property moves through the HUD steps quickly and efficiently, and resolving any complaints escalated to HUD’s attention while supervising a staff of 22, ensuring that the entire team understood the HUD strictures and comply effectively for ongoing contract fulfillment.
When not working, Sandy believes in giving back to the community, and has been a CASA volunteer for 3 years.
She also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
