Ryan Girard joined Great North in October of 2017. He was previously employed by a national property management firm for 14 years as the Director of Field Services and Maintenance. Ryan was also an experienced Project & Contract Manager of HUD overseeing 13 states and 50 Employees. Ryan has also worked on other contracts with the following clients, Fannie Mae, NH DOT, Department of Defense, Housing Authorities, United States Army Reserves and 2500 residential and commercial units in NH.
Ryan currently oversees all maintenance technicians in Central / Southern NH and Northern Massachusetts. Ryan’s duties include scheduling, creating and dispatching work orders & estimating jobs. Ryan works closely with property managers and board members to ensure tasks and deadlines are met. Most days, you will even find him working out in the field with his team to ensure each association is receiving top quality work. Additionally, his knowledge of construction, problem solving skills & his ability to think “outside the box”, is a huge asset to each association.
When Ryan has free time, you can find him with his wife and 4 kids. He loves to travel, Coach and even squeeze in some golf when he can.
