Patricia comes to Great North with over 30 years of experience in the field of real estate. Her experience began by investing, owning and managing over 15 rental properties. She was instrumental in the design, construction, and the decor of several properties—both luxury rental and condominiums. She has staged model units, created marketing plans, and showed the properties to potential owners. In 2005, she focused on condominium conversion and assumed the position of Condominium Property Manager– responsible for the day-to-day operation that makes a condominium run smoothly. She has always taken great pride in her well-kept properties and pleasure in creating desirable communities. Her involvement in both property ownership and condominium conversion/ownership gives her a unique perspective on the needs of condominium owners and shapes the way she approaches her role as a Property Manager.
As a Portfolio Property Manager, Tricia oversees the daily operation of all the properties—scheduling routine maintenance, meeting with Boards, and overseeing special projects. She is directly responsible to the Board of Trustees and makes herself available to them and all Homeowners to speak at any time. She also serves as the Board’s liaison to the Homeowners, contractors, and community on their behalf.
Her personal interests include decorating & design and researching her genealogy. A Certified Event Planner, she enjoys creating theme parties and entertaining. She loves to travel—and would like to visit Ireland and Scotland!
Tricia is the proud mother of four children and two beautiful grandchildren and treasures the time she spends with her family.
