Michael joined Great North 2017 and has 32 years of experience managing residential condominium association’s New Hampshire. Michael resides in Merrimack New Hampshire with his wife Brenda and has two children. Michael is a graduate of Plymouth State College and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Front Door Agency in Nashua Hampshire as well as on the Investment Committee at United Way of Nashua.
Michael oversees vendor and contractor services with members of the board the activities of contractors, vendor personnel, and suppliers. Monitor contracts for compliance; monitor general expenditures of the association; perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. Solicit bids for maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and construction projects, and participate in the selection of contractors, in concert with the association’s Board of Trustees.
Michael will meet with the Board of Trustees as necessary and communicate with them regularly. Interacts with the homeowners and serve as liaison between the Board of Trustees, owners, contractors, municipality, etc. Michael performs field inspections to ensure adherence to the association’s documents, procures insurance and other services necessary to run the Association. Maintains Association records and provides administrative support to the Board and Association. Sets up Annual Meeting and provide owners with appropriate information. Shelby serves as a point of contact for the community.
