Monitor contracts for compliance; monitor general expenditures of the association; perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. Solicit bids and assure compliance to bid specifications for maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and construction projects, and participate in the selection of contractors, in concert with the association’s Board of Trustees.
Russell’s message: “I plan on working closely not only with the board of directors for an association but also with the community members themselves. They key to any community is to work together and find the common ground no matter what the situation. I can’t promise that everything will always be perfect but I will promise to work to the best of my ability for the community as a whole.”
Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.
