Brenna Sanborn is the Assistant Controller at Great North Property Management. Brenna is responsible for the scheduling and accomplishments of monthly reviews, special projects, and staff accountants responsible for the Financial Statements supporting Great North’s clients. Brenna has been with Great North since September 2000. Brenna started as a Staff Accountant, then was promoted to Assistant Controller in 2009.

Brenna graduated from McIntosh College in Dover, New Hampshire in 1997. She earned her Associates Degree in Business Science with a concentration in Accounting. Brenna is proficient with Quick Books, Jenark Property Management and Peach Tree Software programs. Brenna coordinates with the Property Managers and Board of Directors dealing with a broad range of accounting matters, issues, concerns, revisions and reporting changes. Brenna reviews all association transactions, issues the Financial Statements to the Board of Directors that includes Classified Balance Sheets, Income Statements, General Ledger and AR/AP. Brenna is also responsible for Payroll transactions, interacts with account auditors and reviewer. Brenna is responsible for the correspondence with unit owners regarding special assessments and association budgets.

Brenna is always willing to assist board members and homeowners with their questions. Brenna is a dedicated professional, proficient and reliable.
