Beth serves as a Property Manager in the North Shore office in Peabody, coordinating both small and major projects, meeting with vendors, and submitting proposals to the Boards. Most importantly, she is responding to all unit owner calls and emails within the same day or next day at the latest. She enjoys and excels at communication with Boards and owners as well as project management and facilitation.
She initially entered the property management field as an expert in customer service and client relations, treating every request as if it was her own, and facilitating the solution or working with Boards, to facilitate owner requests. Beth enjoys meeting with vendors and Boards on site as well as to monitor work in progress and to detect property needs and meet owners.
Beth meets with several boards monthly and others as needed. She provide continual updates on bids, work in progress, property needs, owner input and other communication as it relates to specific properties.
Beth has owned 8 condos North and Northwest of Boston and enjoys condo living. She also served in sales and operations for a luxury apartment complex, serving as weekend manager, and is a licensed real estate agent. She holds a B.S. in education/mass communications; an M.S. in Public Relations, both from Boston University; and a Certificate in Marketing from Northeastern University.
